Kimono Gown

Kimono Gown is created from from upcycled past projects. It commemorates the past journey of sewing and Lana's 2020 Covid-19 quarantine experience at home.

The gown was created from cut up recycled old dresses from when Lana learned how to sew during the quarantine of 2020. The gown was made from draping and no planning beforehand. Lana also made a hat from plastic boning and weaving techniques. Additionally, the fan's structure was cut from a laser cutter.
